Customer satisfaction is our top priority and we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. We have set specific guidelines to ensure a quick and hassle-free return, exchange and warranty process. Our customer service staff can walk you through the process.
PLEASE INSPECT YOUR ORDER IMMEDIATELY UPON ARRIVAL. If your item was shipped to you by common carrier (UPS, USPS, FedEx, DHL), please inspect the product for visible damage before the carrier leaves. If the merchandise is delivered without signature, inspect the packaging and contents for damage. If the merchandise is visibly damaged, please notify us immediately at customerservice@motoryclebatteriesusa.com . Retain all shipping materials so that a claim may be filed with the shipping carrier.
RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY
If you are not satisfied with your purchase - you can return or exchange the item within 30 days of receipt as long as the item is returned in new, unused and resalable condition inside its original packaging.
All items properly returned under this policy are eligible for a refund. We will credit you for the total purchase price, upon receipt of the item, less a 15% restocking fee. Additional fees may apply if not returned in original packaging. Return shipping costs will be at the customer's expense. Returns will be inspected prior to credit given. Please keep in mind, credit card companies vary in the time they post credits to your account. Please allow one to two billing cycles for the refund to appear on your statement. (Please note: we do not credit shipping costs for returns, or customer requested express shipping.)
Please email us for further instructions on your return and to receive an RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) number. No returns will be accepted without an RMA number. In the unlikely event that your order is incorrect, missing parts, damaged or defective - please email us immediately, and we will send you the correct item, replacement item, or replacement parts at no cost to you.
WARRANTY INFORMATION:
All products sold are covered by the manufacturer’s warranty. You may be required to return (at your expense) the defective item for testing prior to receiving a replacement under the warranty. Manufacturers may require the defective item be sent directly to them for warranty. In these instances, we will provide you with the details for that manufacturer. If a returned battery exhibits misuse, physical damage, or overcharging, the warranty will void.
If the original battery is returned, tested, and failed, the standard shipping for the warranty replacement will be at our expense.
***We suggest any returned items be shipped in a manner in which tracking information will be available. It is often helpful to email the shipping method and tracking to our customer service team.***
